Grounded, Compassionate, and Transformational Care
Rooted in Relational Life Therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness practices, much of our work focuses on relationships. Our style has been described as a balance of warmth and honesty, helping clients feel both seen and gently challenged. We hold space for deep, vulnerable work, celebrating every moment of breakthrough and reconnection as sacred.
With deep compassion and clear guidance, our team helps clients uncover the hidden gaps in their relationship and build bridges that restore closeness and trust. Client Experiences
"Kaitlin truly saved our marriage! We had tried couples therapy with many other therapists prior to meeting Kaitlin. But Kaitlin stood apart because she got to the root of the issues and really helped us work through our communication barriers. My wife and I have both grown immensely as individuals, and our marriage is doing better than it’s ever been. We couldn’t have done it without Kaitlin’s amazing work!"
What is Relational Life Therapy?
Relational Life Therapy (RLT), developed by family therapist Terry Real, is an integrative, action-oriented approach that combines attachment-focused healing with practical relational skills training and empathetic self-awareness. Grounded in both deep emotional understanding and proactive, skill-based work, it guides couples and individuals to uncover and transform the relational wounds that shape their lives and relationships.
RLT sees relationships as moving through natural cycles of harmony, disharmony, and repair. It equips you to move skillfully between them. RLT doesn’t pathologize conflict; it teaches how to repair, rebuild trust, and reconnect with authenticity.
Awakening the Patterns
The journey begins with recognizing the relational "masks" and dynamics—who takes the one-up or one-down position, where blame lives, and how familial wounds shape behavior.
Inner Reconnection & Attachment Work
This phase involves understanding the why before we can do the how - grounding healing in self-awareness of our drives, defenses, and masks before moving on to new ways of relating.
Skill-Building & Repair Practice
Finally, RLT empowers you with concrete tools to improve self-understanding and repair relational ruptures. Learn to use direct, nurturing communication and mindful repair as daily relational practices
