Kaitlin brings more than just credentials to the table—she brings heart, honesty, and hard-earned wisdom from both professional training and personal experience navigating complex relationship dynamics.
With deep compassion and clear guidance, Kaitlin helps clients uncover the hidden gaps in their relationship and build bridges—emotionally, physically, and mentally—that restore closeness and trust. Kaitlin Wiechert
Professional Background
Kaitlin Wiechert, LMFT, is a seasoned therapist and strategic clinical leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning private practice, youth residential care, and public mental health systems. She is the CEO and Clinical Director of Your Love Story Expert, a boutique therapy practice specializing in high-impact couples therapy and immersive weekend intensives designed to catalyze lasting transformation.
Kaitlin most recently served as Clinic Supervisor for the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, where she led Full-Service Partnership and Children’s Services teams for over four years. In this role, she provided clinical supervision to associate therapists, directed crisis response efforts including 5150 evaluations, and maintained oversight of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Her leadership background includes serving as Head of Services for Inspire a Youth STRTP, overseeing multiple group home programs, and developing trauma-informed treatment models for at-risk youth. She also played a pivotal role in the creation of the RBEST crisis outreach program and led survivor support initiatives through San Bernardino Sexual Assault Services for more than five years.
Whether working with couples, guiding teams, or mentoring emerging clinicians, Kaitlin brings a grounded presence, clinical depth, and an unwavering commitment to healing, growth, and connection.
